REQUIREMENTS TO RENT
To book a vehicle, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver’s license with no major violations or DUIs
• Present full coverage insurance (comprehensive & collision)
• Be physically present at handoff with valid ID
• Leave a refundable security deposit at the time of booking
DELIVERY & PICKUP
We offer:
• Free warehouse pickup
• Direct-to-location delivery within 50 miles of HQ (hotel, home, office — you choose)
• All deliveries must be confirmed 24+ hours in advance
RETURN TIMES
• You have a 1-hour grace period past your return time
• After that, daily rental charges apply
• All vehicles must be returned in their original condition
SECURITY DEPOSIT
• Deposit amount varies by vehicle and insurance coverage
• Accepted via credit card hold, cash, or wire
• Funds are fully refundable once the vehicle is returned in clean, undamaged condition
• Credit card holds are authorization-only, not charged unless needed
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept:
• Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
• Cashier’s checks
• Wire transfers
• Cash
• Select cryptocurrencies
No personal or business checks accepted.
BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS
• Same-day bookings are often available — check the calendar or contact us directly
• To guarantee availability, book 2–4 weeks in advance
• If you cancel, your security deposit is forfeited
• The trip fee is refunded or can be converted into future credit
MILEAGE & DRIVING ZONE
• Rentals include 100 free miles/day
• Additional mileage is charged per vehicle’s stated rate
• Driving outside the DFW Metroplex or Texas requires prior written approval
PROHIBITED USE
Our vehicles may not be used for:
• Racing, drifting, stunts, or illegal activity
• Off-road driving or rough terrain
• Smoking of any kind inside the car
• Teaching someone to drive
Violating these terms may result in rental termination and loss of deposit. No exceptions.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
• Must meet the same requirements as the primary renter
• Must be present at delivery
• Must submit license + insurance prior to the trip
FUEL, TOLLS & TICKETS
• All vehicles come with a full tank. If returned low, a market rate + $25 refill fee applies
• All vehicles include a Tx TOLL TAG — used tolls will be charged post-trip
• Renters are responsible for any tickets, violations, or towing fees during the rental
